UpBrains AI platform contains three main moving parts
1. UpBrains Portal
UpBrains Portal is the place to sign up and subscribe to UpBrains AI. The Portal allows admin users to configure their account, manage subscriptions and configure and activate AI skills including document extractors, conversation skills and response assist skills to their inbox.
2. UpBrains AI Workflow
UpBrains AI workflow is accessible from UpBrains Portal. It is the place to create and automation workflows. In a given workflow, you can use all UpBrains AI skills as a step or connect your inbox to the outside world including APIs, systems and storage accounts.
3. UpBrains AI Copilot
UpBrains AI Copilot are end user tool which is offered as a plugin in From Front and Zendesk. UpBrains AI Copilot allows to use select AI skulls in real-time and on-demand. For example, all Response Assist skills including drafting a response, summarizing all your conversations with a person, searching your knowledge base, calling external APIs, or your workflows and applying extractors to attachments all are available from the UpBrains AI Copilot.

Define custom workflows and deploy them in UpBrains AI Copilot to automate your document-centric workflows for more effective and efficient customer operations.
