To use AI for reading attachments, you need to define AI extractors. An extractor specifies what information to extract from an attachment. If you need to classify attachments (e.g. you want to ensure a document is an invoice before extracting or processing it as an invoice, then use a Smart Router which can combine classifiers and extractors):
