Enable API access in your Front Preferences
In Front, go to Settings > Preferences, enable Allow access to my individual resources via the API or follow these instructions.
Guide: this configuration will enable API access to individual resources. This will allow UpBrains Plugin to add tags and comments to conversations. This configuration is needed only if you enable any of the Conversation Skills.
ℹ️
This preference can be enabled either by the teammate via their personal preferences, or an admin can enable this preference on their behalf by managing the teammate’s settings.
