- Custom extractors: To enable UpBrains AI to read your own documents you can define customer extractors in the UpBrains AI Portal.
- Populating your knowledge base: If you want UpBrains AI to use your knowledge base in generating responses, you can upload them into your knowledge base in the UpBrains AI Portal.
- Custom workflows: To automate custom ticket processing tasks, you can define your own workflows using UpBrains AI workflow designer and use them in UpBrains AI Copilot or deploy them to automatically run on your tickets.
