General Configuration

Follow these steps to access Conversation Skills:

  1. First, you need to log in UpBrains Portal with your company email

  2. Go to Setting > Front Integration > Conversation Skills, click on Add Conversation Config

  1. Select the inbox(es) that the Conversation Skills will be applied to

  1. Choose which Conversation Skills you want to enable
  1. Click on Save Conversation Skills Configurations
