Sentiment Analysis analyzes the sentiment of a message and tags the conversation.

How to Configure Sentiment Analysis for your Front Inbox?

  1. Select the inbox(es) that the Conversation Skills will be applied to

  1. In the Conversation Skills Configuration menu, tick the box ‘Sentiment and tone analyzer (tags: Happy, Somewhat Happy, Neutral, Somewhat Unhappy, Unhappy)’
‘Show the sentiment tag in conversation list’ option is selected by default
  1. Click on the Save Conversation Skills Configurations button to enable configuration for Sentiment Analysis
