General Configuration

Follow these steps to access Conversation Skills:

  1. First, you need to log in UpBrains Portal with your company email

  2. Go to Settings > Zendesk Integration > Conversation Skills, click on Add Conversation Config

  1. Select the group(s) that the conversation skills will be applied to

  1. Choose which Conversation Skills you want to enable
  1. Click on the Save Conversation Skills Configurations button to enable configuration.
