How to configure Action Identification extraction for Zendesk App conversations?
- Select the group(s) that the conversation skills will be applied to

In the Conversation Skills Configuration menu, tick the box ‘Action Items: Extracts action items (of types Request, Commitment, Question) from the message body’

Choose where you want to see the outputs for Action Items
- Insert as comment
- Show in plugin
- Click on the Save Conversation Skills Configurations button to enable configuration.
