Action Identification is used for extracting action items of types Request, Commitment and Questions

How to configure Action Identification extraction for Zendesk App conversations?

  1. Select the group(s) that the conversation skills will be applied to

  1. In the Conversation Skills Configuration menu, tick the box ‘Action Items: Extracts action items (of types Request, Commitment, Question) from the message body’

  2. Choose where you want to see the outputs for Action Items

  • Insert as comment
  • Show in plugin
  1. Click on the Save Conversation Skills Configurations button to enable configuration.
