How to classify and tag your messages and conversations in Zendesk App Group?

  1. Select the group(s) that the conversation skills will be applied to

  1. In the Conversation Skills Configuration menu, tick the box ‘Classification / Tagging: Classifies conversations into one of the provided classes and tags them’

  2. Provide Tags in the box (User can click on the Fetch Zendesk Tags button to get tags)

  3. Click on the Save Conversation Skills Configurations button to enable configuration
