Sentiment Analysis analyzes the sentiment of a message and tags the conversation.
How to Configure Sentiment Analysis for Zendesk?
- Select the group(s) that the conversation skills will be applied to
- In the Conversation Skills Configuration menu, tick the box ‘Sentiment and tone analyzer (tags: Happy, Somewhat Happy, Neutral, Somewhat Unhappy, Unhappy)’

❗‘Show the sentiment tag in conversation list’ option is selected by default
- Click on the Save Conversation Skills Configurations button to enable configuration for Sentiment Analysis
