Assign Extractors

How to assign an extractor to inboxes in UpBrains AI for Front?

  1. In UpBrains AI Portal, go to Settings > Front Integration > Extractors, locate Assign Extractors to Inboxes

  1. Assign Extractor to a given inbox

  1. select an Extractor or Smart Routers

  1. Configure where the Extractor will be applied and where the output will be shown

  1. Click on Add to successfully assign an Extractor to an inbox

How to assign an extractor to groups in UpBrains AI for Zendesk?

  1. Go to Settings > Zendesk Integration > Extractors, locate Assign Extractors to Groups

  1. Assign Extractor to a given inbox

  1. select an Extractor or Smart Routers

  1. Configure where the Extractor will be applied to and where will the output show

  1. Click on Add to successfully assign an Extractor to an inbox
