Custom Extractors (Xtract CustomDoc)

With a Custom Extractor, you can extract information from any attachment (PDF or scanned documents, images and/or Office Documents and Excel), or the message body.

How to Configure Custom Extractors in UpBrains Plugin for Front?

1. Go to Settings > Document Skills > Extractors

2. Click on Add Extractor

3. Input Extractor Name

4. From the Service dropdown, choose Xtract CustomDoc

5. Select your desired Model from the Model dropdown

6. (Optional) Page Range: Select pages(range) for processing attachments, if you desire only specific pages to be Xtract.

7. Configure Key Fields:

• A key field is a field in a database that is used to uniquely identify each record in a table.
• It can be a numeric field or a text field, and it must be unique among different records.

8. Configure Line item fields:

• Line item fields are data fields in an order management system or a retail management system that describe the details of each item in an order or invoice.
• These fields include information such as product code, product name, quantity, price, and other attributes related to that item.

9. Click on Save to finish your changes on Xtract CustomDoc
