How to define an AI Agent to automate response generation for incoming messages?

These Guides will show you how to define an AI agents, and deploy them into your account.

1. Go to Settings > Response Assist > Agents

2. Add an Agent by clicking on Add Agent

3. Configure your Agent

Name	Description
Agent Name	Input your Agent Name
Instructions (optional)	Give instruction for other if needed
Response Mode	- Auto-draft: Automatically creates draft responses - Auto-reply: Automatically create responses and replies
Knowledge base folders that the agent has access to	Identify which folders (containing articles and web pages) the agent has access to
APIs and workflows that the agent has access to	Identify which APIs and workflows that agent has access to
Max Response Token	Ensure that the generated response stays within a certain length and remains manageable
Response Tone	The overall emotional or linguistic tone adopted by the AI when generating the response
Default Sender Name	Input your default sender name
Default teammate	Input your default teammate
Use Full Conversation text to generate responses for incoming messages	Use the entire conversation history as context to the model

4. Click on Confirm to create your Agent

How to configure UpBrains AI to use your knowledge base to automatically create response drafts to customer messages?

1. Go to Settings > Response Assist > Agents

2. Click on Add Agent

3. Configure your Agent, please click here for more information

4. Open the Response Mode dropdown and choose Auto-Draft

5. Click on Confirm to create your Agent that sends automatic response drafts
