Assign Auto-Response AI Agents to Inboxes

Guide: if you want to enable Auto-Response (Auto Draft or Auto Reply) in any of your inboxes, define an AI agent with Auto-Response capability and assign it to your inbox here.

You can create new AI Agents with Auto Draft and Auto Reply capabilities by following these instructions

Note: You can assign one AI agent to a given inbox.
  1. Go to Settings > Front Integration > Assign Agents To Inboxes

  1. Select an Agent and choose which inboxes will Agent be applied to

  1. Click on Save to finish assigning Auto-Response AI Agents to Inboxes
