Create Knowledge Base

How to add documents, articles and web pages to your knowledge base?

These Guides will allow you to configure & add resources to your Knowledge Base:

1. Create & Choose a Location Folder in your Virtual Folder

2. Add Resources by clicking Upload a File/Import a Web page:

Upload a file

• Click on Upload a file to select the file(s) you want to upload.

Import a Web Page

Click on Import a Web Page to open the Web Page Import interface, you have two options for importing web pages:

• Single URL Import: If you want to import a single web page, enter the URL of the webpage that you wish to import into the designated field.

• Bulk URL Import: If you have multiple web pages to import, you can use the bulk upload option. Prepare a list of up to 50 URLs in a compatible format (e.g., CSV, TXT), and select the bulk upload option to import them all at once.

Upload Response Template

• Click on Upload Response Template to open the Response Template pop-up

• Add a Template name and insert your desired template

Delete a Record

Select the Record you want to remove and click on Delete
