Creating your first AI response agent
Quick steps to start:
👋 An AI agent allows you to define response automation agents to generate responses automatically in Auto Draft and Auto Response modes. In this tutorial, we will show you how to create your first AI agent in UpBrains AI Portal.
Create your first AI agent
Go to Settings > Response Assist > Agents and create an Agent of your choice
Assign your agent to specific inboxes/groups
Go to Settings > Front Integration > Assign Agents To Inboxes or Settings > Zendesk Integration > Assign Agents To Groups and assign your new Agent
Once the agent is activated (enabled), you will start to see results in your Front or Zendesk account.
