Create your first Extractor
Go to Settings > Document Skills > Extractors and create your first Extractor. See the guides at the bottom of this page on how to create and configure specific extractors based on what you want to achieve.

Test your created extractor
Select the Extractor that you have just created and test it out. See this guide on how to test extractors.
Assign your extractor to specific inboxes/groups
Go to Settings > Front Integration > Extractors or Settings > Zendesk Integration > Extractors and assign your new extractor. See this guide for further details.
See your results in Front/Zendesk
