Setting up your UpBrains AI Copilot

UpBrains AI Copilot for Front

Step 1 - Connect to Front

  1. In Portal, Go to Settings > Front Integration > Connect to Front

  1. Add your Front OAuth token by clicking on Connect to Front

  1. Authorize Upbrains AI to connect to your Front company

Using OAuth will only make you able to access all shared resources (teams, contacts, conversations, team channels, inboxes, messages in team inboxes, team tags etc.) but won’t be able to access individual teammate inboxes or settings such as personal signatures.

Step 2 - Authorize your Team

  1. Go to Settings > Front Integration > Add Team

  1. Fetch your team members by clicking Fetch Your Teammates List From Front

  1. Select the team members you want to authorize (up to the number of users in your subscription) and Save

Step 3- Setup Document Skills, Conversation Skills, and AI Agents(Optional)

UpBrains AI Copilot for Zendesk

Step 1 - Connect to Zendesk

  1. In Portal, Go to Settings > Zendesk Integration > Connect to Zendesk

  1. Provide your Zendesk Subdomain (not include .zendesk.com) and hit Save

  1. Click on Connect to Zendesk and Allow UpBrainsAI to access your Zendesk account

Step 2 - Authorize your Team

  1. Go to Settings > Zendesk Integration > Add Team

  1. Fetch your team members by clicking Fetch Your Teammates List From Zendesk

  1. Select the team members you want to authorize (up to the number of users in your subscription) and Save

Step 3- Setup Document Skills, Conversation Skills, and AI Agents(Optional)
