Setting up your UpBrains AI Copilot
UpBrains AI Copilot for Front
Step 1 - Connect to Front
- In Portal, Go to Settings > Front Integration > Connect to Front
- Add your Front OAuth token by clicking on Connect to Front
- Authorize Upbrains AI to connect to your Front company
Step 2 - Authorize your Team
- Go to Settings > Front Integration > Add Team
- Fetch your team members by clicking Fetch Your Teammates List From Front
- Select the team members you want to authorize (up to the number of users in your subscription) and Save
Step 3- Setup Document Skills, Conversation Skills, and AI Agents(Optional)
Document Skills

Conversation Skills

UpBrains AI Copilot for Zendesk
Step 1 - Connect to Zendesk
- In Portal, Go to Settings > Zendesk Integration > Connect to Zendesk
- Provide your Zendesk Subdomain (not include .zendesk.com) and hit Save
- Click on Connect to Zendesk and Allow UpBrainsAI to access your Zendesk account
Step 2 - Authorize your Team
- Go to Settings > Zendesk Integration > Add Team
